Villa was completed and furnished in late 2009 to an amazingly high standard. Now officially the biggest holiday villa in Phuket, the villa was specifically designed to provide a more personal feeling of comfort, yet well balanced with the blend of an open-planned fresh atmosphere. This self contained villa has 9 large en suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, with no group too small, staying at villa you will effectively have your very own 5 star hotel!

The large 20 x 6 meter (2.5 meter deep) infinity edge pool is provided for your enjoyment, complete with fully staffed pool bar, oversized sun lounges and outdoor shower. Simply sit by the pool enjoying the sea views, or relax in the Jacuzzi.
The villa comes complete with 2 living rooms on 2 separate levels. The 1st is on the ground floor upon the entrance to the villa, here you will find a bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, an American size pool table and satellite TV with plenty of seating and a computer and printer. The 2nd living room on the top floor which enjoys panoramic sea views, with ample seating and state of the TV and sound system. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium.

Accommodation
Villa comprises of 9 bedrooms each with private en suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV’s, multi channel satellite TV and fully stocked mini-bar. The key features are the 2 main Penthouse bedrooms on the top floor, 1 giving direct access to the swimming pool, with the 2nd having its own private Sala and seating area for you to enjoy the views, night & day. Every room comes with Wi-Fi internet so you can catch up with work, or simply stay in contact with friends.

Dining
Your rental at villa includes breakfast, complimentary soft drinks and bottled water as well as a complimentary case of Heineken on arrival. All other meals & drinks can be purchased from our specially prepared menu and prepared by your own personal Thai chef. Dining room is more than capable of catering for your needs with comfortable seating for up to 30 people.

Included are 6 full time live-in staff, trained to anticipate your needs, they`ll look after you during your stay with an infectious blend of Thai graciousness and charm. The Estate`s English speaking operations manager acts as your dedicated guest relations officer.
