The villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars-under cover-secured by electronic gates.

The lounge is 70 sqm and has a very high wooden vaulted celing and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor. Three double French doors lead to the lagre terrace. The floors are marble throught and furnishings are new and of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy 42 in plasma TV and a full home theatre with surround sound will add to your enjoyment. ADSL is also included. There is a luxury fully equiped kitchen with units Fagor. Three bedroom are en suite with king size teak beds. The 4th has queen size and 5th is a single. They both share the quest bathroom with shower.
