The 2 bedrooms condo is 180 sqm with a private pool, open plan living & dining area, fully fitted western kitchen and outdoor living.

Rental rate;

Summer season,
May-October is 5,400 THB a day (minimum 3 days)

High Season,
November 1-December 14 is 8,900 THB a day (5 days)

Peak Season,
December 15- January 15 is 10,700 THB a day (10 days)

Daily & weekly rental;
-Includes daily weekday maid service
-Airport transfer can be arranged

Monthly Rental (over 30 nights stay)
-Monthly rate is discounted 40% for summer season and 20% for high and peak season from the above prices.
-Rate includes maid’s service 3 times a week and linen change 2 times a week.
-Rate includes round-trip airport transfer.
-Rate excludes electricity; charge is 5 THB/KW, water is 60 THB/Cubic meter.

Extra services
-Additional cleaning services are available at 350 THB per visit.
-Grocery shopping on arrival at cost plus 200 THB service.
-Laundry can be provided by sending to a professional laundry shop, prices will be as shown on the bill.
-Breakfast can be set the guest convenience 350 THB person.

Payment Term
-Non-refundable deposit booking charge 30% of total booking cost.
-Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
-Refundable breakage deposit 10% of total booking cost and will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure if no damage or loss has occurred.
