Our “Property Care Service” who incorporate technicians that can undertake 95 percent of all servicing in houses and swimming pools including pumps , general electric , plumber as any general equipment.

“Phuket Property Care” provide well-trained service personnel who have been taught the standards and requirements to serve an Ex-pat & retirements resident who love to live on our beautiful Phuket Island in Thailand. Moreover, we have our in house rental service, supported with our management and maintenance teams so investors that would like to gain at minimum 5 % rental return of their property have this option.

Maid and Cleaning service

• Clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, mop floors, clean windows, terrace, outdoor living, store room, Thai sala and car parking area. There will be a monthly schedule put in place where monthly works to be undertaken are outlined, from time to time extra jobs can be request within the timeframe.
